Yes, International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bangalore offers a five-year integrated BTech-MTech course. Admission to the programmes is based on merit in JEE Main. Candidates also need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria, that is, the candidate must have a first-class pass in Class 12 or equivalent exam with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
