    Yes, IIM Trichy has several students' clubs and socities to help students develop various skills. IIM Trichy's clubs include Rangmanch (Talent Management Club), SigmaEta (Operations Club), Persona (Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management Club), Matrix (Systems and Analytics Club), MAC (Marketing Club), and FinvesT (Finance and Investment Club), among others. The Exilir Club of IIM Trichy aims to inculcate a sense of societal development among students. It organises various programmes such as Blood donation camps, Orphanage Visits, Daan Utsav, Rural Art Expo, etc.
