<p>IIMT Bhubaneswar provides placement assistance; however, it does not guarantee 100% placements. The placement cell of the college ensures that students are connected to various companies and many of them get job opportunities through on-campus recruitment drives. However, a lot of factors are related to success in placements including academic performance, skills of the student, and also the prevailing job market conditions. While many students get placement in reputed companies, still students need to be pro-active in internships, skill development programs and training activities for better opportunities after completing the course. Placement record varies every year.</p>
