Due to the limited number of students at IIST, all of them have excellent placement opportunities. If you have a CGPA of 7.5 or above, you have the chance to be recruited by prestigious companies such as ISRO, Bosch, Benz Mahindra, Tata, and more.During 2023 placements, the highest package offered to BTech and Dual Degree students was INR 16.60 LPA and INR 13.20 LPA, respectively. Out of 77 M.Tech students who appeared for the drive, 51 were placed during IIST placements 2023. The total number of offers made to M.Tech (including intern and full-time) was 99.
