Does IISWBM accept students for MBA or PGDM in HR through MAT?

The college does not accept MAT score for MBA program. Only CAT scores are accepted. -
No, for MBA only CAT is the option to get admission.
For PGDM, there are a number of variations, like executive PGDM, PGD in sports management etc. Though you have not specified that it can be said, MAT is acceptable to all courses of IISWBM except MBA (DAY) & MHRM (subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria of the institute).
