<p>Yes, IIT Bhilai offers various categories of scholarships to its UG as well as PG students. It encourages its students to apply for scholarships so that their path toward academic excellence could be supported well. The details of all IIT Bhilai scholarships are provided below:</p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship:</strong> This scholarship is available to a maximum of 25% of undergraduate students in the UR and OBC categories.</li><li><strong>SC/ST Scholarship:</strong> This can be availed by all undergraduate students belonging to SC and ST categories. The eligible students are able to avail of free food and boarding as well as an allowance of Rs 250 per month.</li><li><strong>Free Studentship Scholarship</strong>: Ten per cent of the total students in undergraduate programmes can avail of the grant of free studentship.</li></ul>
