Does IIT/NIT takes in compartmental pass students? i got 81% in inter after clearing my compartment exam. Im a ST caste student .

I got 413/530 in second year after clearing compartment and the cut off for st in jee advance is 400/530. im thinking of doing longterm to qualify jee mains and advance. do i have a chance to get into IIT after clearing the exams ie (Mains and Advance. will compartmental pass affect my admission ?
