Yes, IMT Nagpur recognizes CMAT score. Both the courses are equally good. Depending on your educational background and interests the specialization choice will differ. In PGDM Finance, you will have Finance as your major subject but in case of core PGDM, you will have the option to opt for other subjects as well. -

IMT Nagpur accepts CMAT scores and both the courses PGDM and PGDM-finance are the same, the only difference is that in PGDM you choose your specialization i.e. finance, marketing and other streams in the second year whereas in PGDM finance, you choose the finance majors at the beginning itself. -
