Does Indraprastha university, Delhi give admissions to non Delhi residents?

85% seats at GGSIP university are reserved for Delhi Region Candidates, i.e. those who have passed the qualifying examination from any Institute located in Delhi or from any College/Institute affiliated to GGSIP University. 15% seats are reserved for Outside Delhi Region Candidates, i.e. those who have passed the qualifying examination from any Institute located outside Delhi.

Yes, IP University, Delhi gave admission to Non-residents, but there is a separate cut off of ranks for Non Delhi students.
