Does institute offering PGDM equivalent to MBA need AIU approval or AICTE or NBA?

If College is AIU approved its PGDM becomes equivalent to MBA.AICTE approvals is mandatory for all colleges who runs any technical course.AIU approval is Non Mandatory for colleges but AICTE is mandatory.
