Does IPM course's last 2 years provides specialization in marketing, Finance, HR, general management etc. like MBA?

In the last 2 years IPM students are merged with PGP students. At IIMs there is no concept of specialization. In the second year you can however choose what all subjects would you like to study out of a long list which covers subjects from different areas like finance, marketing, hr, operations, IT
