Does ISBM Kolkata provide fee refund in case of admission cancellation?

On cancellation of admission by last day of orientation program of the campus as per schedule, the students are refunded the complete amount deducting INR 1,000. No fee is refunded by ISBM Kolkata on cancellation of admission after orientation program.
