Does it affect in taking admission for MBA in any college or an IIM when we change University for UG after 1st year to 2nd year?

No, it does not have any affect on your admission for MBA in any IIM college. Although, there are some points that you should be aware of. You would be able to change your university only if your university allows transferring of credits i.e. when you go to another university, your credits from 1st year will be transferred to your new university. You should get a confirmation from both the universities regarding the transfer, and only then you should leave. You should have cleared your 1st year to be eligible to get a admission in 2nd year in another university NOTE: Not every university allows transferring and allows students directly for 2nd year. You should be all clear about your decisions.

No. Changing college does not effect admissions of MBA colleges or IIM as for this you have to give entrance exam for the same which will only SEE your last year profile.
