Does it make difference if btech degree is done local college rather than an iit college if further MS degree is taken???

Hello Yash. If you pursue MS from a good college then it won't matter much if you do btech from a low ranked college. You just have to perform very well during your b.tech to get a good college for MS.

Go for MS from reputed college or try overseas to neutralize the local college effect.
