does it makes a difference in future that if a person has an exempted first year in b.sc. and regular 2 and 3 year
i am very much worried.... please help.. i will do proper 2nd and 3rd year

In which ground you exempted first year? As par my knowledge UGC have not that type of any norms though you will check it from their website
