Does it matter if I choose B.Sc in biotechnology or botany/zoology if I want to crack civil services exams?
I have scored 93% in 12th from ICSE board.

In civil services, you will have to take subject papers for IFS botany, zoology and biotechnology subjects are eligible. So, it does not matter in that case, in fact if are preparing side by side it will boost your preparation as subjectivity matters.

After your graduation, you have to appear for Civil Services exam which requires a graduate degree in any field. So, your field of study during B.Sc does not matter.
