    Yes, it does matter, a college is a place where the students are able to explore themselves and tend to bring the best out of them. I had graduated from the PCTE Group of Institutes and at PCTE you don't only get exposure academically but you are able to enhance your personality by participating in N number of activities of your interest. I am not only a university position holder but have participated in the intercollege fest and have won prizes in Fashion Show and Canvas Making competition.
