JD institute only has a PG program in Fashion Communication. If you want to pursue the course at UG level, you can look for admission in NIFT or Symbiosis Institute of Design.
As far as it is about the diploma, it is always recommended to pursue a degree course at UG level and not diploma. UG diploma does not hold much importance but yes, a post-graduate diploma holds a lot of importance and will get you good placements too. -
