Does jntuh or osmania universities recognize phd degrees if we do phd in private university from karnataka.

Many private universities are getting open up in Karnataka. Not able to understand which are better and recognized in India and abroad. pls guide me in selecting university for doing phd in electronics and communication. Any university which gives exemption from entrance for experience teachers.
