Yes, Somaiya accepts CAT score for MS course under All India Seats Quota through DTE's CAP rounds. -
Yes, they accept CAT scores under OMS category. The MMS admissions are as per DTE Maharashtra's CAP process. -
There are numerous M.Sc. Programs in kj somaiya. Hence they do not accept CAT score there as there are different streams for example M.Sc. In zoology, hence the admission is through direct B.Sc. Scores.
