Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences offers scholarships for MTech. The Scholarship is given based on the CGPA or UG scores. To find more about the M.Tech scholarship, refer to the table below:

| 10,000 | KITS Alumnus (One-time additional scholarship) |
| INR 1,00,000 (Stipend INR 10,000 per month) | GATE Scholarship |
