From Fall 2024, GRE will be required for Kent State University MS in Data Science. Other admission requirements for Kent State University admission to MS in Data Science are given below:
- A bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Pre-requisites are Mathematics and Computer Science courses
- Official transcripts
- 2 Letters of recommendation
- English language proficiency score: TOEFL iBT score of 71 / IELTS score of 6.0 / PTE score of minimum 50 / Duolingo score of 100
- Students must have previously completed courses in Linear Algebra, Statistics, Advanced Calculus, Discrete Mathematics / Structures, Programming and Data Struct
