KIIT School of Law does not accept KIITEE scores for admission to its UG law programmes. Admission to KIIT School of Law is based on the candidate's performance in the KLAT, a national level entrance exam conducted by KIIT University. The KIITEE, on the other hand, is an entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate engineering and technology programs offered by KIIT University. It is not designed to assess the candidate's aptitude for legal studies.

To prepare for KIITEE Management preparation candidates can refer to CAT books and study material as the syllabus is same for both. After covering the KIITEE MBA syllabus with CAT books, candidates must then practice KIITEE sample questions and mock tests to understand the exam pattern and get used to the questions asked. The type of questions asked in KIITEE MBA are not same as CAT. Thus, it is important to practice exam specific questions.
