No, KJ Somaiya College of Engineering (KJSCE), Mumbai does not offer government quota seats for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch or any other program. Since August 2019, the college has been a constituent of Somaiya Vidyavihar University, which is a self-financed private university
