Does Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering give 100% scholarship?

The institute provides approximately 20-25 scholarships per year, which vary between 25% to 50% of the tuition fees. Approximately 10-15% of students get scholarships every year, and the total amount of scholarships distributed is approximately INR 10-15 lakhs. These scholarships are on the basis of a student's academic performance, their entrance exam scores, etc. Even the government provides them with scholarships from the economically weaker sections. In an average year, about 20-25 students receive the scholarships.</p>

<p>There is no 100% scholarship from Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering. Scholarships are mostly for students belonging to reserved category like OBC, SC/ST, and EWS. Students from the open category, many have faced issue or delays in getting dues only after applying as scholarships are not opted by the students of this category by default. The result is that there are some students for whom the scholarship system may seem inadequate in practice. Though Financial aid is total, it is not used by anyone at the institution in its entirety.&nbsp;</p>
