Does Lenora College of Engineering have good and experienced faculty?

<p>Lenora College of Engineering has well qualified and experienced faculty resources with 80% of the faculty members having a Ph.D. degree and 20% of the faculty members having a master's degree only. The college is situated with approximately 120 faculty members, out of which they teach for approximately 10-15 years of experience. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:15 By employing the 15-1 ratio of students to teachers, it means that students can be easily ragistered, guided and supervised one on one. About one-fifth of the faculty members have worked in industries whilst about one-tenth has had international exposure college also extends invitations to about 20-30 guest faculty from leading organizations to share students with current industrial knowledge and experience.</p>

<p>The Lenora College of Engineering has good and experienced faculties. A number of its faculty members are holders of advanced degrees like Ph.D. and M.Tech, which also enrich the quality of their education. Students said the teachers were knowledgeable and also teachable; they could take the tough topics to students. Faculties also seem to be friendly and reachable who would guide a student if extra assistance were needed. Overall, the college's focus on experienced faculty positively affects the learning environment and the outcomes of students.</p>
