Does low marks in 12th (below 60%) and NIOS board really make negative impact during on-campus placement of engineering?
At what extent does it matter? Will I really get placed with this marks! My board will matter? How can I cope with this situation?

Low marks in class 12th. It's a fact for many students but normally it makes no difference to recruiters. They are not interested in your academics. They look exclusively from their perspective. But it may matter if you decide to pursue further studies abroad. Don't worry, it does not matter in campus placement.
