Don't know about LPU and Chitkara but Chandigarh University do have Specialisation in MBA with dual topic the advantage of dual topic is the exposure in two different field at same time, at this scenario when corporate world need competitive staff, Students studding in Chandigarh University don't need to worry during the MBA duration students undergo the various programs where they have exposure of industry and the dual Specialisation gives confidence to students so they can deal with any situation of industry, the attitude of students become problem solving, the problem solving approach towards the situation gives critical thinking to students, this key feature is very important for a MBA students.

As per my research, yes all three of them provide dual specialisation in MBA. You should consider NIRF rankings for the selection of the university as its ranking is based on every parameter that one might consider before taking admission to any college. For dual specialisation, I for one would prefer CU as it provides the best placements in the field amongst the 3 of them. Even the faculty at CU is amazing, they are very supportive and helps the students in every way possible. They even have tie-ups with many companies through which the students can experience what is it like to work in a corporate environment. It even supports startups and has investors coming to the campus for that as well.
