Yes LPU has this programme and it comes under one of the best courses which LPU provides, the students with the guidance of the department and University are very active in the field of automobile research and activities. A student has an Automobile club under the Society of Automobiles India, Under which the teams have participated in various competitions by making their vehicle in Supra SAE (Student Formula CAR), Baja SAE India, BAJA SAE USA, Efficycle (LPU Hosted the SAE Efficycle event in Oct-2015. LPU organized the International Go-Kart Championship which is a student-initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. You will be amazed to the Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Design, and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. The department has to its credit more than 48 research publications in International, National Journals including prestigious ASME Transactions, International Conference and National Conference. One of my cousins is doing Aerospace Engineering at LPU. The aerospace department has highly experienced and qualified staff. Yes, LPU does offers B.Tech. (Aerospace Engineering). LPU is much better than any other University. It is a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. I am saying this as per my experience as well. HI Aamir, though I am not from the same field but being alumni of LPU, I am sharing some views followed by facts what I got to know from my fellow batchmates from Aerospace domain. Aerospace Engineering is a branch of Engineering that provides skills and knowledge to design, manufacture and maintain spacecrafts, aircrafts, missiles and weapons systems. A large part of Aerospace Engineering consists of Mechanical Engineering covering a wide range of topics, including computer application, structures, mathematics, Physics drafting, electricity, robotics, aeronautics etc. It also covers two aspects of engineering, namely Aeronautical Engineering and Astronomical Engineering. Aerospace Engineering is considered to among the toughest branches of engineering that has carved its niche among the students. However, once completed this course gives 'wings' to your career taking it to new heights. Lovely Professional University is the most reliable University for pursuing Aerospace Engineering programme. LPU provides this course and is on of the best courses offer by the university.
