Lovely Professional University gives direct admission to the students scoring equal to or more than 85 percent in JEE Mains. They are given scholarships as well. However, those having scored less than 85 percent need not feel disheartened. They can appear for LPU NEST the entrance cum Scholarship Exam of LPU and appear for the proctored test sitting at home. You may get a huge scholarship as well. Let me tell you the NIRF ranking of LPU is 51 in engineering. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck.

Lovely Professional University (LPU) has no set limit when it comes to JEE Main cutoff in order to obtain admission but it does receive JEE Main scores in lieu of its own test; LPUNEST. This offers flexibility to students; students who succeed in JEE Main are able to get direct admission and receive even merit-based scholarship without writing LPUNEST. This policy presents the fact that LPU is student friendly and that there are numerous ways of joining their highly ranked B.Tech programs. Meanwhile, those students who might not have taken JEE Main or did not score as well also have a chance of qualifying by the LPUNEST. LPU practices

    hi,

Yes, Lovely Professional University (LPU) considers JEE Main scores for admission to its B.Tech programs. Candidates with a good JEE Main percentile (80 or above) may even be exempted from taking the LPUNEST (LPU National Entrance and Scholarship Test) and can get direct admission.

The JEE Main cutoff percentile for LPU varies each year and depends on the specific B.Tech programme and category. For the 2024 admissions, the expected JEE Main percentile cutoff for the general category ranged from 88 to 100. Candidates with a valid JEE Main score need to register on the LPU website, fill out the application form with their JEE Main det

Dear Vinay, Yes, LPU provides admission for an engineering programme based on the JEE Mains marks. If you have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains, then you are not required to qualify for the LPU NEST exam. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed.
