ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) co-ordinates agricultural education and research in the country under the aegis of Ministry of Agriculture (government. Of India). ICAR provide the Accreditation to the Educational Institutes in order to ensure the quality assurance in higher agriculture education. Hi,LPU Becomes the First Private University to be Granted ICAR Accreditation.The eligibility criteria for BSC Hons Agriculture includes 60% in 10+2/Intermediate with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths/ Biology/ Forestry + LPUNEST or 60% in 10+2/Intermediate 10+2 (Agriculture) + LPUNEST OR 60% in 2 year Diploma(Agriculture) after 10th + LPUNEST
Age Condition :- Minimum 16 Years (i.e. born on or before last date of admission) .
