The first is a category for prize recipients and those who have been disabled in combat. If students opt to study at LPU, they will receive a 50% discount. In the third category are the serving personnel who have taken a leave to study at LPU, they get 30 percent waive off while their dependents in category 4 get 20 percent waive off. In addition to it, the university also offers 5 percent relaxation to the wards of the defence candidates in the eligibility criteria.
