I was also in this dilemma while choosing a university. Now, I have chosen the university and I am very satisfied with my decision. It is true that LPU is a great university to pursue mechanical engineering. My brother has completed B.Tech Mechanical from Lovely Professional University, LPU is helping him grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. A Mechanical Engineering student at LPU goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end the latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation. And as far as the placements are considered, students of Mechanical engineering here are placed in Honda, VOLTAS, XL Dynamics, Anglo Eastern Ship Management, Hero MotoCorp, Hyundai Constructions, and many more. I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty with specialisation in various fields like Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering, CAD/CAM, Engineering Design, Industrial Engineering, Machine Tool Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Metallurgy, Robotics, Thermal Engineering, etc. Is there who are always there for students.
