Does LPU provide Scholarships to students? I have financial issue?

I am a alumni of LPU and I can tell you take it is actually a good place for ambitious and focused people to study in. If you want to explore, learn, grow and want to get placed in good companies then I must say please go ahead and take admission. During my post-graduation I got 100% scholarship on the basis of achievements in sports and it continued till last semester of my MBA. I represented LPU in AIU level and won gold medal. Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme to students on various parameters. Scholarship can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. Students have been awarded with scholarship worth Rs. 100+ crores in last year only. Students get different scholarships as per their performances in the academic as well as in other activities. Yes, LPU provides scholarships to its students based on various criteria. You can give LPU NEST which is a scholarship test conducted by LPU itself and get a huge fee waiver of up to 50%. You can also get scholarships based on performance in Nation Level Entrance exams as well. Suppose if you are looking for B.Tech programme then you may also get scholarship based on the marks obtained in JEE Mains. Other than that you can also avail of Sports and Culture based scholarship or if you are a board topper then you can avail the Board Toppers scholarships. A student can attend LPU NEST an entrance as well as scholarship test conducted by LPU and on the basis of the marks he\she get can benefit with a fee waiver of up to 50%. A student can get up to 100% scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular, Social Service, and Bravery Awards. Scholarship on the basis of Sports Cultural R & D Co-curricular Social Service Bravery Awards Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board Scholarship for Orphan Applicants Scholarship for Person with Certain Disability Students who have topped their board examination of eligibility qualification (10th or 10+2 as applicable) and are among the top 20 merit holders, may avail scholarships of full tuition fee waiver and hostel fee waiver which is applicable to four-seater air-cooled room. To facilitate quality education to deserving applicants, LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to orphan students who are residents of India and whose both parents are dead. A maximum of 10 applicants will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of a first come first serve basis subject to satisfying the LPU policy for the same. An applicant having a Benchmark disability of more than 40% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of the full programme fee waiver subject to his/her case being approved by the Special Committee constituted by LPU.

Yes, LPU provides scholarships to students. Students can avail scholarships based on 10+2/Graduation Marks, based on LPU NEST or any National Level test, If a student is amongst the top 20 in any state or central board. Scholarships are also offered to dependents of Defense Personnel, students with disability and also orphan students.

Scholarship/Financial Aid can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. In the last seven years, University has offered scholarships/financial aid worth 500+ Crores. Merit Scholarship will generally be awarded on the basis of previous performance in academics, culture, sports, or other activities or under specific scholarship schemes category for a particular section of students. Financial Aid will be provided to the students belonging to underprivileged students like orphans, persons with disabilities, etc. Or some specific groups like Wards of Defense personnel, etc. Yes, the scholarship continues for the whole course if you are not involved in any violation of the discipline of the campus.
