Does M.Tech.(IT) from Karnataka State Open Univ. through Distance Learning which is recognized by DEC require AICTE approval? After completion of this degree can one apply for BSNL JTO exam? Is it valid for promotion in Govt. Sector and Lectureship job in AICTE approved colleges/universities?

JTO exam is graduation based, there is no effect of of ur m.tech. In many govt jobs the aicte or ugc approval is must. You can join pvt instituion/univ. as a lecture, they generally dont check about the appoval.
