i completed my graduation and i am panning to give CAT . meanwhile i want to pursue a distance learning course in ma sociology . does this help me enhancing my profile for an mba hr? does a distance learning program from pvt univ. in ma sociology make me eligible for a mphil or phd form du or jnu?

Well not directly, that MA sociology will complement MBA HR, however, knowledge always helps. A distance learning course also makes you eligible for a Phd.
