Does Mangalore University offers any scholarship?

<p>Mangalore University students are eligible for scholarships offered at the National Scholarship Portal as well as the Public Financial Management System &#40;PFMS&#41;. Students who belong to SC/ST category get financial assistance to pursue their studies. The students whose annual family income is less than INR 2.50 Lakhs also get financial assistance from the University. Below is the list of all the scholarships offered to students of Mangalore University:</p><ul><li>Scholarships for differently-abled students.</li><li>Post-Metric scholarships.</li><li>Karnataka minority scholarship.</li><li>G.O.I. National Merit Scholarship including E.B.L. and tour grant to SC/ST.</li><li>Scholarships to the children of mica/iron ore/manganese ore/chrome ore/limestone and dolomite workers.</li><li>Scholarships to the children of Beedi workers.</li><li>Educational stipends to the children of cardamom plantation workers.</li><li>Karnataka Labour Welfare Commission scholarships.</li><li>S.J. Jindal Trust Scholarships for those who secure 55% aggregate and above.</li><li>Endowment Scholarships: (a) Ganesh Pai Memorial and (b) Mukunda Rao Memorial Scholarships.</li><li>Post Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for single girl child.</li></ul>
