    Based on the information on the websites University of Hyderabad has better placements in departments like Btech, Bsc whereas for medical Maulana Azad National Urdu University has better placements 

    Maulana Azad National Urdu University placements are like :

    BTech median package INR 4.00 LPA

    UoH - University of Hyderabad placements are like :

    the highest package INR 17 LPA (2022) INR 23 LPA (2023)
