    Imagine you joining an organisation and in the first day of joining, instead of a pretty lady taking you through the induction process & bot or an app (which you have been asked to download) taking you through the Dos and Donts of the office, introducing you to the organisation policies and guiding you to the nearest coffee machine and your reporting boss & cabin.

    Yes. MBA in human resource management has a good scope in the future. Hr will have to work in many fields. He will have different responsibilities as technologies entered in this field. Due to automation, the repetitive tasks can be done in less time so that HR can focus on important tasks. Following will be his or her responsibilities

    Information desk
    Performance ratings
    Training and upskilling
    Managing freelance workers
