Does MBA, PGDM and Executive MBA have same value, when it comes to having the first job? Which one is more preferred? Are all PG degrees?

MBA, PGDM and Executive MBA are same when it comes to job. Executive MBA is for experienced professionals. For freshers MBA and PGDM are available. These all are PG degrees but PGDM is a diploma. So better is MBA.
