Does MCA with cloud computer provide better salary packages than preferring MCA degree or B.Tech in computer science engineering?

Average salary of MCA grads is marginally lesser in comparison to B.Tech CSE who are paid the best because of their superior computing skills. Salary offered to Generic MCA grads is similar to MCA with specialisation as Clould Computing, etc.
