<p>Yes, Murshidabad College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) houses a very competent and skillful faculty in all of its engineering departments. Many of these faculty members are additionally qualified and have strong industry expertise, thus enhancing the academic environment. In general, professors, and other lecturing staff are concerned with ensuring that the students acquire the necessary education as well as lab and research project skills that will equip them for industry challenges.</p><p>The faculty at MCET, apart from academic activities also encourages skill enhancement pursuits by organizing technical workshops and seminars and industry oriented training, which merges theoretical learning with practicality. <p>According to the reviews of current and pass out students, the faculty members at Murshidaabad college of engineering are decent. Some of the students have positive reviews and some have negative. According to some students, the faculty members are well qualified and experienced in their respective teaching feilds. While on the other hand, some students have some negative feedback for faculties. Some of the faculty members need some improvement in their knowledge and cooperation part. Facilities are rated 3.8 out of 5 on shiksha, and on an overall basis, we can say that faculty members are decent but need some improvement.&nbsp;</p>
