No, MGM's College of Engineering and Technology in Navi Mumbai does not offer 100% scholarships.
To be eligible for a full scholarship, students may need to be a state topper, perform exceptionally well in their 12th standard exams, or be a topper in entrance exams like IIT JEE or SRMJEEE.

College doesn't provide 100% Scholarship.Only 50% Scholarship is given by State government and 60% Scholarship is given OBC caste and 90% Scholarship is given to ST/SC Caste.
NOTE* In some cases for open category the amount doesn't given by state government. In this case you have to pay your full fees .
