Does MHU refund fees?

Yes, MHU in Roorkee refund fees but only to those students who withdraw their admission before starting of classes but they deduct the amount of non refundable part. Some programs at MHU include refundable security deposit.
Admission fee or enrollment fee are non refundable and application form fees is also non refundable.
