    Hello Chinmay,
It does not have any negative effects because MMS and MBA degree are considered equivalent. However, doing MBA/MMS from a reputed institute is important.
    All the best.

    Hello!
MMS and MBA are the same, just that Mumbai University has been conferring MMS degree instead of MBA. What matters more is from which college you're pursuing it, whether it is a reputed one or not.

They do not have any ill effect, it totally depends on as from which B-School you have done it. A Tier-1 or 2 B-School.

No, not at all. There's no such difference between MS/MBA. It's just that some B-Schools do not offer MBA programme instead they offer MS/PGDM courses. They have the same value as that of MBA but if done from a reputed B-School only.
