     Montclair State University offers highly competitive merit based presidential scholarship for international ibcomingt freshmen. Eligibility is based on 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. No separate application is needed, candidates are automatically considered during the admission process. Scholarship amounts vary and contingent upon various factors.
