Does MS has more value than PG diploma in computer science at Canada?

Both the courses have equal value abroad, but count the credits, thus both need to be same, the only difference is the research work you made, without dissertation your PG Diploma is not valid, back to India, you are also eligible to continue your studies or get a job with that degree, finally both
