Does my experience in KPO will affect my chances to get in a good MBA institute?
B.E.(electonics) - 65% aggregate, HSC - 64%, SSC - 75%, Work exp: 3 Years + as a system administrator in big MNCs.

Hi Sayan,
Getting admission in a Bschool will depend upon how you perform in Interview and how you project yourself there. If you have work experience and you can back it up, it can work in your favour also.
