Does my year gap affect my CAT percentile? I have a 3-year gap after 12th.

Not at all. Most people pursuing CAT have a gap in their education. It doesn't affect your CAT score. -
The gap will not affect your percentile, but you will have to provide a valid reason for the gap year at the time of admission interview.
