Does ndim tughlakabad have a 100% placement record ? Because my parents taking education loan so if i go for ndim den can i get a good job

Yes, NDIM do have a 100% placement record.But my dear friend no college can promise you placement.It can bring companies for placement activities and will even make you corporate ready and even help you to prepare to crack GD/PI but it totally depends upon you how you perform.
